Missing (De Block, 2022)

Last record: 1-10 April 1967 (De Block, 2022)

 

Only known from two collections (between 30 November-1 December 1966 and between 1-10 April 1967) from a single tree of roughly 15m in height. It has never been recorded again, although it may still survive (De Block, 2022).

 

Distribution

Sambava, Sambava District, Sava Region (Antsiranana Province), Madagascar (northern)

Only known from two collections, both preserved in the Muséum national d’Histoire naturelle, Paris herbarium (De Block, 2022):

Holotype: Capuron 27702-SF (De Block, 2022)
