Hypodigm

Holotype: AMNH 68887 ("subadult male").

Type locality: "north of Niltepec, between Cerro Atravesado and Sierra Madre, Oaxaca, Mexico, probably between 2500 and 4500 feet." (Tihen 1954:3).
