Taxonomy & Nomenclature

The species was given it's common name by botanist Beryl A. Lebler, who reported it's rediscovery: "Our plant, which may be called Key's boronia, differs from Wide Bay boronia in having" (Lebler, 1972:618).

 

Conservation Status

Last (and only) record: 1909 (Lucas & Synge, 1978:483)

Rediscovered on: 9 September 1971 by Dr. Arthur Harrold (Lebler, 1972:618; Lucas & Synge, 1978:483)
