Pseudomys sp. nov. 'Kimberley'
Taxonomy & Nomenclature
Synonym/s: Pseudomys sp. (large) [used by Burbidge (2024)]
O'Connor et al. (2008) and (Start et al. 2012) both reported material of an undescribed/unknown Pseudomys species from the Kimberley, Western Australia. It is more parsimonious to assume that these both refer to the same taxon. Burbidge (2024) only lists a single undescribed Pseudomys from the Kimberley region.
