Listed as Extinct by (WCMC, 1992:214), and known to be extant today. But appears to have been recorded on Hawaii (=Big Island) prior to the 1990's, and thus more likely to have been erroneously listed as Extinct than rediscovered, although it was locally rediscovered on Maui (USFWS, 1998).
