Extinct (Alves, 2006; da Silva et al., 2013; Humphreys et al., 2019; Albani Rocchetti et al., 2022)

 

Reportedly rediscovered in December 2009 (Alves et al., 2011), but this was overturned by (da Silva et al., 2013:Table 1).
