Rediscovered in: October 1996 (Fahrner & Schrödl, 2000)
A photograph of what appears to be an in situ living animal dated 24 December 1990 was published in (Yonow, 2020), which falls well after the supposed last and only record of the species prior to its claimed rediscovery (Fahrner & Schrödl, 2000).
