Distribution
Austria & Italy
"This species is endemic to Europe, where it is currently known from five recently found extant localities in Austria (Köckinger 2016). The species has gone extinct in Italy where it was known from two localities (Massalongo 1904, Gerola 1938), and the species has not been seen in Italy since 1938. Aleffi et al. (2004) conducted some searches in the two known Italian localities: on the Colli Euganei in Veneto (Massalongo 1904) and in the Bosco Welsperg (Fiera di Primiero, Val Cismòn) in Trentino-Alto Adige (Gerola 1938), however, the species was not re-found."
