Brazil (Rondônia), Canada (Ontario), Colombia & USA (North Carolina, Oregon and Pennsylvania)
Has also been reported from Sri Lanka in Asia, but the disjunction involved seems enormous (Weerakoon & Aptroot, 2014). This record may need further scrutiny.
