Fiji?

The exact type locality of this species is unclear, partly leading to it still being only known from the holotype. It is probably still extant, but without knowing where to look for it, it remains enigmatic at present.

Only known from the holotype (Esser & Cumberlidge, 2008), which can be seen in (Bott, 1970:229).
