Kauai, Hawaiian Islands, USA
Only two specimens have ever been reported, both collected on the island of Kauai (Taiti & Howarth, 1996).
Biology & Ecology
Nothing is known of the biology of this genus (Taiti & Howarth, 1996).
Hypodigm
Two museum specimens exist, the holotype and a later specimen (Taiti & Howarth, 1996).
