Probably an intergeneric hybrid (Clermontia × Cyanea) (Givnish et al., 2023).

Last record: 1975 or prior [by implication] (Fosberg & Herbst, 1975)

Since Rediscovered [by implication]

 

List as "poEX" (i.e. possibly Extinct) by Fosberg & Herbst (1975), but was later shown to be extant (Bruegmann & Caraway, 2003), and thus was presumably rediscovered.
