Valid as Chrysalidocarpus ceraceus according to (Eiserhardt et al., 2022).

 

Conservation Status

Last record: 1949 (Johnson, 1998)

Rediscovered in 2007 (Humphreys et al., 2019)

 

Was considered Extinct in the Wild by (Dransfield & Beentje, 1995 fide Rakotoarinivo et al., 2014), but was rediscovered in 2007 (Humphreys et al., 2019) it was later downlisted to Endangered (Rakotoarinivo et al., 2014).
