Sometimes considered as two different subspecies ([i]sandwichensis[/i] and [i]millsi[/i]) (e.g. Hume & Walters, 2012:103-104), [i]millsi[/i] is considered a synonym by (Taylor, 1998), a taxonomic opinion followed here.
