Taxonomy & Nomenclature

Synonym/s: Pieris atlantica Rothschild, 1917

 

I have seen publications which give the year of description as either 1923 or 1924 as well. However, none of these give the citation of the actual paper in the corresponding year, and so I have tentatively given the year of description as "1925".

 

Considered a synonym of P. n. maura by (Leraut, 2016).
