Synonym/s: Typhlops batillus Waite, 1894:9 (original combination); Typhlina batilla (Waite, 1894:9); Ramphotyphlops batillus (Waite, 1894:9); Austrotyphlops batillus (Waite, 1894:9)

 

Conservation Status

Last Record: 1894 or before

This species is only known from a single specimen apparently collected from Wagga Wagga, New South Wales. However, the accuracy of the type locality has been cast into doubt (see Shea, 1999).
